This is a delicious breakfast, snack or desert. The Maca in this milkshake gives a great morning energy boost without the jittery feeling from caffeine. When combined with Cacao, you get a delectable superfood drink to start your day.
Ingredients
1Frozen Banana
1TspMaca Powder
2-3Tsp Cacao Powder
1TspCinnamon
1-2TbspMaple Syrup
1TbspCoconut Flakes
1/2CupAlmond Milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. If you don't have a frozen banana, this will work by adding some ice cubes as well. Add a little more milk or water if you want a thinner drink. Enjoy!
