About Your Health Coach, Nurse Kristin

Hi! I'm Kristin and I'm a Registered Nurse and Health Coach. For the past 5 years, I've been helping people transform their health and reclaim their lives.

By focusing on WHY you want to improve your health and WHAT your personal goals are, together we will create a plan to convert what you already know into what you do and who you are.

It's my mission to assist and guide you on your journey towards your ideal level of health and creating lasting lifestyle change. You deserve to live a happy, healthy, strong, active and energetic life.

By working with Nurse Kristin for the next 8 weeks, you will learn how to create a lasting lifestyle change. This isn’t another diet plan or exercise plan to follow. Together, the two of you will work on setting you up for success with your personal and health goals.

By exploring your “why”, your motivation and reason for change, the two of you will discover what it is you are really seeking for your health. This process will help the two of you, create a unique and individual plan just for you.

Nurse Kristin will help you create a Wellness Vision based on your “why” which will help you stay on course. This isn’t about what society wants from you, what your loved ones want from you, or what your doctor wants from you. This is about what you want for yourself.

We are all different. We have different lives, different goals, desires, and needs. Life isn’t one size fits all and neither are you. Instead of being a recipient of yet another meal plan or workout plan, you will be a partner.

The two of you will create goals and an action plan to achieve those goals based on what you want in life and in health.

You can schedule a 1 hour consultation with Nurse Kristin that will help you discover your “why”, your reason for creating a lifestyle change, and get the support you know you deserve.

Together, the two of you will identify your number one goal and create an action plan to work towards achieving that goal.

A 1 hour consultation can be very powerful and provides you with flexibility for your busy schedule. Session notes will be provided, along with a Wellness Vision to reconnect to your “why” to keep you on course.
