1CupWater
1/2Large Ripe Banana Sliced
1Handful of Blueberries
1tspVanilla Extract
1tbspChia seeds
1tbspMaple Syrup
1/4tspSalt
1/2tspCinnamon
Optional Ingredients
1/4CupChopped Walnuts
1/4CupBlueberries
Instructions
In a pot over medium heat, add all ingredients (except for the optional ingredients) and stir to combine.
Cook over medium heat until liquid is absorbed, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and put oats into a bowl.
Top with additional blueberries and walnuts if desired.
