As a Registered Nurse, I’ve been a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, and a soul to lash out at. I’ve seen a lot, been through it all, and learned even more. One of the biggest struggles that I’ve had in this career, is the lack of education on diet and nutrition.

Many of the diseases that plague our communities and cripple our loved ones are diet related. I’m on a mission to bridge the gap that I no longer want to see. It’s time to create change and that change begins with you and me.
