Quinoa Garden Salad

Course Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 14 oz.Can Garbanzo Beans Drained
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • Fresh Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in large bow and mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
