Quinoa Garden Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
- 2 Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 Bunch Green Onions Chopped
- 1 14 oz.Can Garbanzo Beans Drained
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- Fresh Black Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large bow and mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
