Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal

A hearty and delicious bowl of oatmeal that will leave you feeling satisfied all morning long. Bonus, it tastes just like a blueberry muffin! Sprinkle with extra blueberries and walnuts for a little fun.
Prep Time 4 minutes
Cook Time 4 minutes
Course Breakfast
Servings 1 bowl


  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Large Ripe Banana Sliced
  • 1 Handful of Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Optional Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries


  • In a pot over medium heat, add all ingredients (except for the optional ingredients) and stir to combine.
  • Cook over medium heat until liquid is absorbed, about 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and put oats into a bowl.
  • Top with additional blueberries and walnuts if desired.
  • Enjoy!
