Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal
A hearty and delicious bowl of oatmeal that will leave you feeling satisfied all morning long. Bonus, it tastes just like a blueberry muffin! Sprinkle with extra blueberries and walnuts for a little fun.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Large Ripe Banana Sliced
- 1 Handful of Blueberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Optional Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries
Instructions
- In a pot over medium heat, add all ingredients (except for the optional ingredients) and stir to combine.
- Cook over medium heat until liquid is absorbed, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and put oats into a bowl.
- Top with additional blueberries and walnuts if desired.
- Enjoy!
