This is an easy plant-based vegan sweet mustard salad dressing. It’s extremely versatile and goes well on a variety of salads. It’s definitely a go-to in my house.
Sweet Mustard Salad Dressing
- 4 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 6 Dates If dates aren't soft, be sure to soak for about an hour
- 2 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 3/4 Cup Water
- Soak dates in water for an hour in the 3/4 cup of water. Then, blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. If you dates are soft, they will not need to be soaked. Store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to one week.
