10 Minute Black Bean Soup

I love this easy vegan black bean soup. I make it often on days when I’m short on time or want a really satisfying snack.

You can have a cup of this soup as a snack throughout the week or even substitute it for a lunch or dinner if you are in a rush and running short on time. To spread it out and make it into 2 meals, serve it on top of a bed of brown rice or quinoa.

10 Minute Black Bean Soup

Course Soup


  • 1 Can Black Beans Do Not Rinse
  • 1/4 Onion Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder Add more if you like
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Cup Cabagge Chopped (Optional)


  • Add ingredients in this order. Simmer for 10 minutes and it's ready.
