Plant Based Lo Mein Noodle Sauce
Let's just call this sauce what it is... Addictive!!This is a great week night recipe for those days when you are short on time. I often put a pot of water on the stove to boil for noodles. While I'm waiting for the water to boil, I make this sauce in the blender.That still leaves me with time to steam some frozen veggies.I toss the noodles with veggies, drizzle with addictive sauce, and BAM! Dinner is done.This will make a little more than a cup of sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup Walnuts
- 3 tbsp Low-Sodium Tamari
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp Sriracha
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
